Job Title: Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at JLK Projects ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry, including but not limited to:

  • Constructing, repairing, and finishing structures and fixtures made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the type of material and tools required for each project
  • Operating power tools, such as circular saws, drill presses, and sanders, to cut, shape, and finish wood
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in carpentry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
