About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Professional to join our team at Rona Inc. as a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Distribution Center Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our distribution centers, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and shipped to customers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure that inventory management and supply chain operations are aligned with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain optimization, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with inventory management software and systems.
  • Certifications: Certified in Inventory Management (CPIM) or a related field.
