About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve strategic objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning to ensure the organization's goals are met.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation of the company's interests.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary authority and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
