Position Overview

The Facilities Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within the organization, ensuring that all facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaning staff in their daily tasks as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 1 to 2 cleaning personnel.
