Job Title: Janitor Supervisor

VIP Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
  • Basic security clearance.
