Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development of cutting-edge software solutions and interoperability services.
  • Refine development cycles to align with industry best practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Validate implementation strategies and rigorously assess deliverable quality, upholding the highest standards.
  • Analyze performance indicators and proactively adjust efforts to optimize outcomes.
  • Communicate problematic situations and implemented corrective actions to senior management, fostering transparency and accountability.
  • Effectively plan tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance, driving individual and collective success.
  • Guide your team towards achieving objectives and propose innovative solutions to software development challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential.
  • Extensive professional experience in a leadership capacity is required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams for 3 to 5 years, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire.
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare and social services sector is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or Project Management would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of IT operation processes and project management methodologies is beneficial.
