Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 2850959 ONTARIO INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and pastry production, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute daily bakery operations, ensuring timely production and high-quality products.
  • Supervise and train staff on baking and pastry production techniques, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of recipes and menu items.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in baking and pastry production.
  • Permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
