Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at 2850959 ONTARIO INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Bake mixed dough and batters: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods: Create visually appealing desserts and baked goods for special occasions and everyday sales.
- Draw up production schedules: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods to ensure timely delivery and meet customer needs.
- Train staff: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Ensure quality of products: Maintain high standards of quality in all baked goods produced, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Operate machinery: Safely operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and other machinery, to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
