Job Summary:
beBee Professionals is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing, to foster a sense of loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and relationship-building skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
