About the Role

Pure Escapes is a leading luxury resort wholesaler, renowned for its exceptional service and working environment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day B2B booking inquiries during evening shifts
  • Convert leads from relevant country agents as required
  • Assist clients with planning and making reservations
  • Ensure accurate input of information and follow due reservations process
  • Take ownership of the role and drive growth
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Attend industry events and conferences to research and develop products and relationships
  • Suggest suitable travel options that meet clients' needs
  • Manage financial aspects of booking procedures
  • Offer and promote different services and offerings
  • Build relationships with key agents through email and phone contact
  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Ukrainian/English speaking is a must for this role
  • Previous experience in the luxury travel industry is desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record of delivering with detail orientation and accuracy
  • Proven track record of relationship management with industry peers
  • Team player who shares ideas and learning with others
  • Professional with a sense of fun
  • Excellent ability to build and manage relationships with diverse people and cultures
  • Computer literacy
