Fitness Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerobics Instructor to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a key member of our Personnel Support Programs, you will play a vital role in delivering fitness and recreation programs to military communities across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver aerobics classes to diverse groups of participants
- Design and implement engaging fitness programs that cater to various fitness levels
- Assist with advertising and public relations efforts to promote our programs
- Collaborate with the Community Recreation Coordinator to ensure program success
- High school diploma and relevant experience in conducting aerobics classes
- Aerobics Instructors Certification and current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
