Material Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Material Technician to join our team in our Saint John office location. As a Material Technician, you will be responsible for laboratory testing of aggregates, soils, concrete, and asphalt, as well as field testing and sampling of these materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct laboratory testing of aggregates, soils, concrete, and asphalt to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform field testing and sampling of aggregates, soils, concrete, and asphalt to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all materials meet the required specifications.
- College-level diploma in a related field is considered an asset.
- Experience in general construction activities is considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking, organization, and planning skills.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs routinely as required.
- Full-time seasonal and term positions are available.
