About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team at Gupta Brothers Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create custom-made garments according to customer specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  • Fitting, altering, and repairing garments as needed to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Operate sewing machines or sew by hand to create high-quality garments.
  • Select and modify commercial patterns to meet customer and clothing manufacturer specifications and fit.
  • Design patterns to fit individual measurements.
  • Mark, cut, and sew fabric to create custom garments.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the fashion industry.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Reliability and ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
Language

The primary language of work is English.
