Job Title: Fashion Creative Director

Elite Couture & Fashion Jewelry is seeking a highly skilled Fashion Creative Director to lead our design team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our clothing lines, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and style.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers to create innovative and fashionable clothing designs.
  • Develop and implement design concepts, sketches, and models for approval.
  • Oversee the acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure designs meet market demand and sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and market research.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
