Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked at all times.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
