Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
