About the Role

Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Team Members

Oversee and direct a team of 3-4 administrative staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies

Design and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent and build a strong team.

Manage Training and Development

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of administrative staff.

Provide Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.

Compile Data and Statistics

Collect, analyze, and report on data and statistics to inform business decisions.

Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory

Manage the ordering and inventory of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement plans to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Work Language

English.

Hours

30 hours per week.
