We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ilai South Indian Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing budgets, and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
