About the Role

This is a key position within Mondelēz International, responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and processes. As an MRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of maintenance programs, including building maintenance, facilities maintenance, and capital expenditure management.
  • Implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) methodologies to deliver zero breakdowns and improve maintenance and operation team performance.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives, such as Project Hercules, and work on reliability improvements and sustainability projects.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles, including Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and qualify next-level work process owners.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with experience in SAP and CMMS.
