Key Responsibilities
- Assist the commercial team with Salesforce inquiries and process enhancements
- Oversee daily Salesforce functionalities
- Streamline and optimize Salesforce workflows in partnership with the team
- Support the Marketing department with data organization
- Evaluate data patterns and implement solutions for data accuracy
- Generate reports for stakeholders and users
- Work collaboratively with the team on ongoing improvement projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience with Salesforce is essential
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel
- Competence in Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting
