Job Title: Salesforce Implementation Senior Analyst

Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Implementation Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Field Force Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business analysis and competitive intelligence solutions to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions to deliver accurate and timely key metrics to head office and the field.
  • Provide advanced analytical support to the sales and other field departments, summarizing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the technical implementation of the sales force incentive plan, including incentive plan design and quota setting.
  • Participate in the strategic design and technical execution of territory alignments and customer segmentation/targeting.
  • Provide training to Field Force employees on report understanding, analysis, and usage, ensuring new Sales Representatives are trained on Novo Nordisk's data confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to provide support to the Field Force Effectiveness team with the interpretation of sales results and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, with a steady career progression and increasing roles of responsibility.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in primary market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, or market access.
  • High degree of technical aptitude, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, Access, and understanding of relational databases.
