Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at J and K Heating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of sales management
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
