Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Kids Castle. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Child Development Observation and Reporting: Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with parents, guardians, or supervisors to discuss progress and problems of children, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week
