Job Summary

Tinry Early Educational Corp. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our team to create and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities, tell stories, teach songs, and take children on educational outings to foster their creativity and curiosity.
  • Child Development: Encourage children to express themselves through various forms of art, music, and physical activity, while also guiding them in developing essential life skills.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors to ensure their well-being and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our children.
  • Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our children.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check and immunization records
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation available
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, reliability, and team player
