Farm Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Count Your Chickens Poultry Loading Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to ensure optimal farm performance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to farm safety and bio-security protocols to protect our team and the environment.
  • Oversee quality control and production processes to guarantee high-quality products.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to achieve farm objectives.
  • Perform general farm duties, including maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months of experience in poultry farming.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Organized and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
