Farm Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at Count Your Chickens Poultry Loading Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations.
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our team and the environment.
  • Oversee quality control and production records to optimize farm performance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to achieve farm goals.
  • Perform general farm duties, including maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in poultry farming, with a focus on fast-paced environments and physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
