Farm Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at Count Your Chickens Poultry Loading Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations.
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security protocols to protect our team and the environment.
  • Oversee quality control and production processes to meet our high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to support farm operations.
  • Perform general farm duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in poultry farming.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Organized and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:

Our farm operates in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Security and Safety:

We require a criminal record check for all applicants.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The successful candidate will be required to work 32 to 40 hours per week.

Personal Suitability:

We are looking for an organized and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
