Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including beverages, sandwiches, and baked goods, to meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing customer demands and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
