We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Blackhorse Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet food preparation and service schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
