Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Pastry Culture. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and ensuring the highest quality of pastries and desserts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the pastry team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all pastry products
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious desserts
  • Train and develop pastry staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-volume kitchen
  • Proven track record of leading a pastry team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
