POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Input client data into CPKC systems, ensuring accuracy in rates.
  • Thoroughly document the specifics of Client Commercial Agreements.
  • Comply with all pertinent internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide management with regular updates and tracking information regarding assignments.
  • Keep management informed about the progress and status of data entry tasks.
  • Facilitate open and direct communication among team members.
  • Ensure that publications align with commercial agreements, system requirements, and internal standards.
  • Accountable for the precision and timeliness of revenue data.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in using Office software, especially Excel, and SAP.
  • Three years of experience in railroad transportation is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
