About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator at the Let Me Be Me Learning Foundation. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by ensuring the cleanliness and organization of daycare equipment.
  • Engage children in activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to develop and implement programs that support children's growth and well-being.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to support the childcare program.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and document their progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and share best practices.
