Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating and organizing in-house learning programs for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for our Personal Insurance department, providing creative and effective instruction to our teams.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for group training sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for our attendees.
  • Manage group training sessions, adapting to various learning styles and needs.
  • Work closely with Team Leads to ensure training needs are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the overall success of our Personal Insurance department by identifying ways to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Assess staff learning abilities and training needs, adjusting training delivery accordingly and designing surveys to measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with new and existing employees, management, and external vendors to ensure exceptional training experiences.

Requirements

  • RIBO license
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, EPIC, and common insurance carriers' products/portals (an asset)
