Position Overview: Integrated System Navigator

The Ontario Municipal Social Services Association is in search of dedicated Integrated System Navigators to enhance our Income Support and Stability division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the department's Supervisor to develop client-centered service strategies aimed at fostering life stability and promoting the overall well-being of individuals and families.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a two-year College Diploma in a relevant Human Services discipline
  • Previous experience within a social service context
  • Familiarity with digital documentation management systems
  • Comprehension of cultural safety and competency principles
  • Possession of a valid class G driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess participant eligibility, employability, and housing requirements
  • Deliver proactive case management and liaise with Community Service Providers
  • Support clients in completing applications and securing stability assistance and financial resources
