Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor staff including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Authorize the return of merchandise as necessary.
  • Engage in direct sales of products.
  • Compile and prepare reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure availability.
  • Coordinate the activities of team members to enhance productivity.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
