About the Role

Cavendish Farms is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IS team, you will be responsible for providing EDI and Online Ordering Systems Support to our internal business users and trading partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute EDI Daily Management of EDI inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Process Master Data Requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in the development of Reports and Data Models to support business decision-making.
  • Execute Business Continuity Planning tasks to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with the IS team and other departments to resolve system issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance our processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven EDI experience and knowledge of JD Edwards One World is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to deliver results on-target.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
