Your Responsibilities...
As a vital member of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  • Proactively identifying customer needs and actively listening to their requests.
  • Providing valuable insights and expert advice to educate our customers.
  • Creating comprehensive financial plans using a holistic approach to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Driving branch business growth by meeting individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications for Success...

  • A strong desire and capability to cultivate customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment aligned with customer goals.
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Possession of a Mutual Funds license and progress towards the CIFP Diploma.
