At Shoppers Drug Mart, we're seeking a talented Beauty Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our Taber, Alberta store. As a Beauty Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and engaging your team to achieve sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive store culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive beauty sales and champion the customer experience
- Plan and execute strategies to drive overall improvement
- Provide thought leadership and analyze problems to support business decisions
- Engage and inspire staff to achieve sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager to prepare and implement the store plan and standards
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years' retail/sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Experience and confidence managing and supervising people
- Cosmetic experience and ability to demonstrate make-up application, fragrance, and skin care consultations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and national event days
