Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services
  • Assist customers with the purchase of home and auto policies
  • Manage and follow up on client accounts
  • Conduct sales calls and make timely renewal calls

Requirements

  • General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $44,000 - $60,000
  • 37.5 hours per week
