About the Role

Clearoute is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content to connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our marketing strategy, including drafting social media posts, creating captions, and assembling creative assets.
  • Content Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the content calendar, ensuring that posts are published on time and aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely manner to foster positive community relationships.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Campaign Management: Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media data and metrics.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
