Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at RYAN FOOD SERVICE LTD., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation protocols, and safety measures.
  • Resource Planning: Estimate and procure ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and service standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations and staff performance.
  • Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for the team to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
Supervision

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
