Job Title: Mobile Rock Tools Technician

4782 Sandvik MIN, CNS - Canada is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Rock Tools Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and production support to our mining service locations across Canada.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sharpening and reconditioning of rock tools according to defined specifications
  • Rebuilding of all hammer sizes
  • Sharing knowledge and safe work practices with peers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferred
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge and skills
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team
  • Must be detail oriented and strive for perfection while performing all duties
