The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our team in Ontario. As a Technician, you will work directly with clients to understand their equipment needs and troubleshoot to solve problems. You will travel to different sites, including private residences and community facilities, to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair: You will assess issues with manual and power devices, troubleshoot batteries and functionality, and repair equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: You will prioritize an empathic, respectful, and friendly customer experience, ensuring that clients' needs are met and that we meet our objective to make life accessible for everyone.
  • Be flexible and mobile: You will work 8-hour shifts and travel to clients' homes and community facilities, adapting your daily schedule to meet the changing needs of clients.

Requirements:

  • Technical skills: You have previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment, with exposure to using diagnostic tools and power equipment.
  • Empathy: You can navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner, prioritizing the comfort and urgency of clients.
  • Additional requirements: You have a valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record, and are able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
