We are hiring an Accounts Payable Associate.

The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

What You'll Do:

- Enter invoice and payment data into company’s accounting system with high-level of accuracy
- Maintain and update vendor files
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice status and payments
- Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintain accurate AP records
- Participate in automation projects as required

What we’re looking for?

- 1-2 years experience in Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is required.
- Accounts Payable experience considered an asset
- Post secondary education in accounting, business or finance considered an asset
- Experience with accounting software (NetSuite) considered an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in face paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Open to continuous improvement and change

Additional information:

Thisाटा is a permanent, full-time_construct position. In officeMonday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
