Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a forward‑thinking individual with 2–3 years of related marketing experience, preferably in a large manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Support on developing market research for customers, products and market segments

- Coordinate and support large corporate events, tradeshows and internal and external business meetings

- Support with marketing materials including but not limited to:

- Tradeshow booth materials

- Promotional items

- Websites

- Email campaigns

- Social media

- Branding and communication support

- Build and maintain a positive, ongoing relationship with local businesses and community organizations while raising local brand awareness

- Analytics reporting as required

- Marketing support for the sales teams as required

This role requires:

- Business Administration bachelor’s degree or diploma, with a marketing major or related discipline (combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered)

- Two to three years of related marketing experience (experience in a large office and/or manufacturing environment is an asset)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs (required)

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success

- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure

- Ability to travel for tradeshows is an asset

- Experience with email campaigns is an asset

- French linguistic skills are an asset
