**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

An exciting opportunity for a forward thinking individual possessing 2 to 3 years of related Marketing experience; preferably in a large manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Support on developing market research for customers, products and market segments
- Coordinate and support on large corporate events, tradeshows as well as internal and external business meetings
- Support with marketing materials including but not limited to:

- Brochures
- Tradeshow Booth Materials
- Promotional Items
- Websites
- Social Media
- Branding and communication support
- Build and maintain a positive, on-going relationship with local business and community organizations while raising local brand awareness
- Analytics reporting as required
- Marketing support for the sales teams as required

**This role requires**:

- Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, with Marketing Major or related discipline.
- Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
- Two to Three years related marketing experience.
- Experience in a large office and/or manufacturing environment is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs is a requirement.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful problem solver.
- Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure.
- Ability to travel for tradeshows is an asset.
- French linguistic skills is an asset.
