Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively connect with clients.
2. Keep up-to-date records of customer information, updating information and tracking activity in the CRM database.
3. Act as point of contact for clients and handle customer inquiries.
4. Be a liaison for customers and other departments.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience.
2. Ambitious with a go-getter attitude.
3. Ability to pick up the phone and call clients.
4. Tech or computer savvy.
5. Organization and time management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
