Join our team for a paid training opportunity as a Health Care Support worker via the Health Career Access Program (HCAP).
About HCAP
The Health Career Access Program (HCAP) is a provincial program designed for individuals aspiring to pursue a healthcare career. Starting as a Health Care Support Worker, participants will receive paid training to transition into the role of a Health Care Assistant (HCA). Those who accept this opportunity commit to remaining employed as a Care Aide at Baptist Housing for 12 months following graduation. HCAP provides a viable pathway for individuals without prior healthcare experience, offering a combination of employment and sponsored training for a fulfilling career in the healthcare sector.
