What a Shift Looks Like

As a Shift Manager, no two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect:

- Leading the Team: You’ll inspire and guide a team of Crew Members, helping them achieve their best while building a strong, supportive work culture.

Experience and Education Required

- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is typically required.
- Equivalent combinations of experience and formal training may also be considered.

Additional Assets

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service.
