The Procurement Department supports strategic sourcing for Regional and Corporate needs. There are many opportunities for growth and learning. In this role, you will learn new skills and develop your procurement knowledge.
Title: Procurement Administrator
Salary: $51,593 - $64,491 - $70,940 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term – 10 months
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours (core Mon-Fri hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Alberni - on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations – Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA's flex work policy). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the role
As Procurement Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for procurement enquiries, and you will provide senior-level administrative and coordination support. You will provide procurement-related guidance, review and validate procurement contracts and requisitions, and manage activities related to procurement cards.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be –
Education
- Successful completion of grade 12 plus 2-4 years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience
- Recent and significant experience in providing a full range of administrative support and services to a team, including a senior manager (recent defined as within the last 4 years, and significant usually defined as 2-4 years of experience).
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
